What are your hours of operation?

Workshops are offered at various times throughout the week: days, evenings and weekends.

On-site lessons at your home or office are available:

  • Monday to Thursday, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
  • Fridays, between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm
  • Weekend appointments are available by appointment

Where are your services provided?

One-on-one, individual lessons, as well as presentations, are offered at your home or office (or at a public computer) anywhere in the National Capital Region, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Workshops can be held in a location of your choosing, or at one of the convenient locations listed below:

  • Ottawa South West, near Prince of Wales & Hunt Club
  • Ottawa Centre, across from Lynx Stadium
  • Orleans, near Innes and Tenth Line
  • Bank Street, South Keys
  • Walkley Road, at Heron
  • Kanata Centrum

Lessons are also offered in Gatineau/Hull, Quebec (English only).

Out-of-town training is available via advanced booking in select cities.

Do you offer telephone and/or email support?

  •  Yes, telephone/email support is available, either as part of a package or purchased separately.

Are Gift Certificates available?

Yes!  Gift Certificates are available:

  • for any number of sessions
  • for telephone support
  • for Online SKYPE (TM) support
  • for email support

Do you make computer repairs?

  • No. If you have hardware issues, or need repairs, you will need to contact a professional specialized in offering technical support.  We will offer recommendations upon request.

Do you install software upgrades?

  • Yes, if you have purchased the software and simply want it installed. We do not endorse or purchase software for clients.

Do you offer support via Remote Assistance?

  • Yes, we offer support via Skype ® for existing in-person customers.
  • We do not recommend full lessons via Skype to new clients.
  • We will update this page to let you know as new options for Remote Assistance become available.

How do I get more information?

  • Visit the Contact Us page.  Please keep in mind that we work in the homes of our clients, so your call may go to the answering machine.  If that happens, please leave your name and number and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.  We appreciate your understanding.
